2015-2016 PBIS Evaluation

We want to thank all school's for participating in the opportunity to reflect and action plan using the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI). Information gathered can be used to reflect, celebrate accomplishments, and action plan for this school year. School and District reports will be shared to the Building Administrator by the District Leadership Coordinator. These reports will be beneficial when developing the 2016-2017 Action Plan.

Consider 2-3 items from the completed Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) to progress monitor for this year. Reports can be found on www.pbisapps.org
